Order, technical judgment, and speed in delivery **We Are Seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer – Specialist in Quantity Surveying and Budgeting** At 12 Casas Arquitectura, we are looking for a professional with solid experience in quantity surveying and budgeting for large-scale projects, especially industrial projects (warehouses, factories, infrastructure). **Work Mode:** Remote **Job Type:** Contract-based (duration dependent on quantity surveying timeline) **Requirements:** * Licensed Civil or Structural Engineer * Minimum 7 years of verifiable experience * Experience in quantity surveying and budgeting for: * Structures * Sanitary installations * Electrical installations * Architecture * Proficiency in tools such as S10, Advanced Excel, or other cost estimation software * Comprehensive project analysis capability * Experience in quantity surveying and budgeting for medium- to large-scale projects. * Order, technical judgment, and speed in delivery Interested candidates should submit CV \+ examples of completed quantity surveys or similar projects.
