Process improvement mindset and consulting capability Job Objective Ensure the accurate delivery of accounting services to the client portfolio by supervising the accounting team, ensuring tax and labor compliance, and maintaining close client relationships to guarantee service quality. Education * Certified Public Accountant (CPA). **Tax specialization preferred.** Diplomas or courses in IFRS and accounting management are desirable. Experience * 4–5 years of accounting experience. **Minimum 2 years leading accounting teams.** Mandatory experience in: o Accounting firms. o Accounting outsourcing companies. o Accounting and tax consulting firms. **Must have simultaneously managed multiple RUCs across different economic sectors.** Technical Knowledge * Monthly filings (PDT, PLAME, IGV, Income Tax). **Annual sworn statement.** Preparation and review of financial statements. **IFRS.** SUNAT audits. **Payroll processing and basic labor legislation.** Advanced Excel proficiency. **Knowledge of accounting ERP systems.** Key Competencies * Organization and planning. **Team leadership.** Client orientation. **Follow-up and control.** Assertive communication.
