Additionally, we have international presence in 20 countries across 5 continents. **MISSION:** Ensure the proper process of land acquisition and formalization through the review, analysis, and verification of requirements, as well as management and follow-up of procedures before public entities (COFOPRI, SUNARP, SBN, municipalities, among others). Likewise, ensure control and support to contractors in the necessary administrative procedures for the legalization and subdivision of acquired properties. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Law, specialized in Civil, Administrative, and Notarial-Registry Law. * Additional seminars or specializations in Civil and Registry Law are desirable. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in land titling processes, with emphasis on rural areas. * Ability to work within peasant and native communities; fieldwork is essential. * Solid knowledge of civil, administrative, and notarial-registral legislation, including D.L. 1192\. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). \#PER \#LI\-Onsite Brand: Gilat Satellite Networks What you will do: * Review and analyze technical-legal documentation for property acquisition and registration in Public Records. * Identify legal risks and propose solutions to ensure proper and risk-free land titling. * Organize and consolidate the legal file (physical and digital) for each site for delivery to Pronatel. * Manage procedures and documentation with residents and public entities, including field visits when necessary. * Send follow-up letters and track cases with entities (SUNARP, SBN, Regional Governments, DRA, among others), documenting fortuitous events or force majeure situations. * Validate and collect supporting documentation for contractor payments according to milestones in their Purchase Orders. * Consolidate evidentiary information to respond to Pronatel's official requests with adequate justification.
