Documentary & Commercial Management: Invoicing preparation and control, administrative processes, and commercial documentation. Strategic Support & Scheduling: Internal project management, calendar coordination, and direct support to management. Optimization & Culture: Internal process improvement, talent management support, and organizational climate enhancement. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? Education in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. Mandatory: Proficiency in AI tools and advanced use of Office and Notion.
