**CONSINRA S.A.C. – Supervision at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs construction site** Our company **CONSINRA S.A.C.** is seeking a **SPECIALIST IN COSTS AND BUDGETS** to join our supervision team for a **large-scale project** being developed at the: **CENTRAL HEADQUARTERS OF THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS – Lima** **Project duration: 8 months** **Required profile:** * **Profession:** Civil Engineer * **Involvement:** 100% * **Professional license:** More than **3 years since obtaining professional title, licensed and authorized** * **Minimum experience:** **Three (03\) years**, counted from the date of professional licensing, serving as: Specialist and/or Engineer and/or Head of Costs and Budgets; in execution, supervision or preparation of technical files for building projects, as well as in supervision of technical files for buildings, in projects equal to and/or similar to the subject of this recruitment. **Types of projects considered:** Works involving **construction, improvement, adaptation, expansion, rehabilitation, recovery, conditioning, renovation, execution, remodeling or enabling** of **public and/or private buildings**, such as: * **Educational institutions:** flagship schools, universities, technological or teaching institutes * **Government offices and institutional headquarters** * **Health facilities:** hospitals, clinics * **Commercial or industrial buildings:** shopping centers, hotels, office or industrial buildings * **Cultural centers, museums or buildings of monumental or historical value** Type of position: Full time Work location: Onsite employment
