Minimum 1 year of experience. Proficiency in the Public Procurement Law and internal regulatory compliance. Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. Availability for full-time employment. Preference for candidates residing near the campus area. Key Challenges! Identify and evaluate suppliers according to corporate requirements. Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and contracts with suppliers. Coordinate procurement of goods and services in accordance with internal needs. Develop and execute procurement plans aligned with the budget. Manage tendering processes and supplier selection. Supervise compliance with legal regulations in procurement processes. Monitor supplier performance using established KPIs. Control and optimize the allocated procurement budget. Prepare periodic reports on purchases made and savings achieved. Analyze market trends to improve procurement strategy. Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of procurement processes. Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement with operational needs. Ensure timely and quality delivery of procured goods and services.
