Manage projects and programs related to the agricultural sector. **Job Mission** -------------------- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of sustainability initiatives in the coffee and cocoa value chain, ensuring compliance with standards, impact measurement, and development of projects that generate value for producers, customers, and communities. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Monitor social, environmental, and economic impact indicators of sustainability programs. * Follow up on training initiatives, environmental conservation, and regenerative agriculture. * Prepare reports for customers, audits, and internal processes. * Manage traceability information and compliance with sustainability standards. * Support the implementation and monitoring of projects with customers and corporate programs. * Prepare presentations, management reports, and results analysis. **Profile We Are Seeking** ----------------------- * Graduate in Environmental Engineering, Agronomy, or related fields. * Completed or ongoing Master's degree in Project Management or Sustainability. * Minimum 3 years of experience in sustainability, project or program management related to the agricultural sector. * Advanced English (mandatory). * Proficiency in digital tools and data analysis. * Interest in the coffee and cocoa business and sustainable supply chains. * Proactive individual with strong learning ability and adaptability. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Results-oriented and capable of operating effectively in multicultural environments.
