Requirements \- Minimum 2 years of experience in gastronomy. \- Experience in chocolate-making is a plus but not mandatory. \- Availability for 48 hours per week. \- Proactivity and dynamism. \- Strong organizational skills. \- Good communication skills. \- Ability to work effectively in a team. Responsibilities \- Full operation of the 'bean-to-bar' process: \- From bean selection and roasting to tempering, molding, and demolding. \- Operation of production equipment. \- Performing decorations. \- Monitoring temperatures, timing, and textures. \- Maintaining cleanliness and order in work areas. \- Placing weekly orders for raw materials and supplies. \- Completing inventory sheets. \- Preparing daily reports. \- Coordinating production activities according to established schedules and daily requirements, and updating the shared production calendar. \- Actively participating in continuous improvement and the team’s creative process by sharing observations, proposals, and new ideas.
