Job Summary: We are seeking skilled workers and assembly workers-structural fitters to work on various metal structures and metal carpentry. Key Requirements: 1. Experience in assembling stairs, gates, and industrial sheds. 2. Proficiency in using tools (drill, grinder, screwdriver, etc.). 3. Preference for experience with stainless steel. At Alvis Metales, we fabricate various metal structures including industrial sheds and parabolic structures, as well as metal carpentry works such as stairs, doors, and metal furniture, among others. Skilled workers and assembly workers-structural fitters with experience in reading blueprints and assembling structures are required. Mandatory experience in assembling stairs, gates, and industrial sheds. Experience in assembling light metal structures. Proficiency in using tools (drill, grinder, screwdriver, etc.). Experience with stainless steel is preferred. Orderliness, responsibility, and teamwork. Valid and up-to-date documentation (mandatory – verification will be conducted). Availability to work extended hours. Immediate availability to work at our workshops in Lurín and Villa El Salvador (with potential assignment to construction sites across various districts of Lima). Plant schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays until 1:00 PM. Site schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM.
