We are looking for a **Barista** for our client **Pan Sal Aire**, a renowned gastronomic restaurant and market that combines quality offerings, carefully crafted products, and a unique experience for its customers. We seek a dynamic, agile, and beverage-preparation-passionate individual eager to join a team in a dynamic and high-demand environment. What will be your main responsibilities? * Open the bar station and prepare it for the start of operations. * Calibrate the grinder and espresso machine to ensure proper coffee preparation. * Prepare coffee-based beverages such as espresso, cappuccinos, and pour-overs, applying appropriate extraction and milk texturing techniques. * Perform mise en place for the bar, including preparation of fresh juices, syrups, fruits, and garnishes. * Prepare beverages such as natural juices, natural sodas, and iced tea. * Serve customer orders promptly while maintaining quality standards. * Monitor and control daily stock levels of coffee, milk, packaging, and other bar supplies. * Keep the station clean, organized, and well-stocked to ensure smooth handover to the next shift. What are we looking for? * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Barista. * Technical knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing. * Experience or knowledge of grinder calibration and espresso machine operation. * Dynamic, quick, and customer-service-oriented individual. * Ability to work in an orderly and efficient manner during peak-demand periods. * Availability to work fixed shifts Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. What do we offer? * Formal employment under MYPE payroll starting on day one. * Total monthly compensation of S/ 1,500 (includes payroll salary and consumption surcharge). * Participation in the shared tipping system. * Access to ESSALUD and SCTR. * Eligibility for statutory bonuses and benefits as applicable. * Opportunity to join a dynamic and passionate team dedicated to delivering quality experiences.
