REQUIREMENTS: * Mechanical and Electrical Technician, Industrial Electrician, or related degree. * Availability to work in Chorrillos. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on plant machinery and equipment. * Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical failures in process machinery (presses, roasters, dehullers, grinders, refiners, flakers, tempering machines, etc.). * Coordinate machine shutdowns for maintenance with production. * Maintain records of interventions, spare parts used, and maintenance hours in established formats. * Report and propose improvements to extend equipment service life and reduce downtime.
