Join us as an **Electromechanical Technician** at our **Huachipa** plant! You will be responsible for ensuring the electrical and mechanical operation of all plant facilities and equipment—including administrative areas—guaranteeing their functionality, safety, and continuity through preventive and corrective maintenance, thereby contributing to productive efficiency and compliance with the company’s quality and safety standards. **What You’ll Do** * Assemble and replace faulty electrical equipment to ensure operational continuity and minimize downtime. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment and installations to ensure safe and efficient operation. * Inspect and maintain electrical panels to ensure proper power distribution and prevent failures. * Carry out maintenance on electrical substations following technical protocols to guarantee supply reliability. * Use software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor to interpret and edit electrical drawings, ensuring precision in installations and improvements. * Monitor equipment performance during the production process to detect deviations and ensure correct operational performance. * Prepare detailed technical reports on interventions and findings to document equipment status and propose improvements. * Coordinate positioning of the automatic coupling device to perform maintenance safely and efficiently. * Verify and carry out maintenance on the automatic coupling device to ensure its safe and continuous operation. * Visually inspect tracks and power cables to identify wear and prevent operational failures. * Conduct mechanical and electrical interventions on tracks to restore proper functionality. * Replace damaged power cables (burnt or cracked) to ensure electrical continuity and safe equipment operation. * Inspect and ensure proper functioning of junction boxes to guarantee safe and efficient electrical distribution. **What You’ll Bring** * Technical degree in Industrial Electricity, Electronics, or related field. * 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate-level AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor (important) **Why Join Us?** We’ve been named the \#1 most trusted company worldwide in the construction sector by Newsweek and Statista in 2023!
