





**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** **I. General** 1. Perform tasks according to the production schedule. 2. Adhere to and fulfill the quantities specified in work orders. In case of any deviation, coordinate with the supervisor/production manager/plant manager. 3. Adhere to and implement the formulations specified in work orders; otherwise, coordinate with the supervisor/production manager. 4. Responsible for the proper operation of assigned machines and/or tools used to execute a work order. Report malfunctioning and/or deterioration of equipment to the supervisor/production manager/plant manager so that the appropriate maintenance request can be initiated. 5. Verify the availability of materials, additives, accessories, and all other items required to begin a work order. Inform the supervisor/production manager/plant manager in advance of any issues preventing the start of a work order. 6. Maintain and ensure proper care of personal assigned equipment (uniforms, footwear, personal protective equipment) to perform duties effectively. 7. Responsible for the extrusion process of a work order. Must collect samples at the end of each roll or machine stoppage. Verify dimensions and properties of the sheet or sleeve against specifications indicated in the work orders. 8. Record and ensure recording—using clear and legible handwriting—all data requested in work orders. 9. Record on the extrusion support the brand and code of materials being used in product manufacturing. If a material change occurs during extrusion, report in the work order (under "Observations") the roll number where the material change takes place. 10. Sign process control documents, confirming that the production reference sample complies with the specifications stated in the production standard and work order. Validation shall be performed jointly with the production supervisor and quality assurance analyst. 11. Comply with and ensure compliance with all procedures and instructions issued by superiors. 12. Verify material balance (inflows and outflows) by recording the daily production report. 13. Replace and be replaced by another machine operator during break times or any other event requiring absence. 14. Maintain general cleanliness of the extruder (control panels, shafts, surface treater, and all extruder components). 15. Handle correctly the machine parts and accessories contacted during job performance. 16. Maintain cleanliness and order in one’s work area. 17. Prevent food safety hazards. 18. Comply with the company’s cleaning, hygiene, and sanitation procedures and instructions. 19. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices policies and procedures. **JOB PROFILE** **I.
