




Job Summary: We are seeking an Instrumentation Technician to ensure optimal performance of industrial automation systems through instrumentation, calibration, and troubleshooting of PLCs. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of industrial automation systems through precise instrumentation and calibration of equipment, efficient programming of SEW variable frequency drives, and diagnosis and resolution of faults in SIEMENS PLC logic (S7\-300, S7\-400, and S7\-1200), thereby ensuring operational continuity, safety, and continuous improvement of production processes. **What You’ll Do** * Perform instrumentation and calibration of automation equipment to correct process signal variations, applying field adjustments and validations to ensure reliable measurements. * Carry out programming and configuration of SEW variable frequency drives to optimize their performance, adjusting operational parameters and conducting tests to ensure stable and efficient operation. * Perform basic PLC programming and fault-finding on SIEMENS PLCs (S7\-300, S7\-400, S7\-1200), analyzing control logic and correcting errors to guarantee operational continuity of automated systems. * Execute instrumentation maintenance tasks derived from the maintenance program and record them in SAP. * Conduct routine inspection programs for equipment on the assigned production line. * Actively participate in new installations involving automation and instrumentation. * Analyze and identify root causes of unplanned production line stoppages related to electrical and instrumentation issues. * Provide technical support to assigned production lines as needed, in coordination with your supervisor. * Ensure proper implementation of the 5S methodology in the work area. **What We’re Looking For** * Technical degree in Industrial Automation, Industrial Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Experience in similar roles in Electricity and/or Instrumentation within industrial companies. * Knowledge of instrumentation, industrial control systems, variable frequency drives, PLC programming, and SCADA. * Familiarity with Automation and/or Industry 4\.0 concepts. * SAP – basic production module (desirable). * Intermediate MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project). * Proficiency in SIEMENS PLC programming software (STEP 7, TIA Portal, WinCC). **Why Join Us?** We were named the world’s \#1 most trusted company in the construction sector by Newsweek and Statista in 2023!
