Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Maintenance Assistant to support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, and technical assistance within a leading gastronomic chain. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery and equipment * Conduct periodic inspections to identify failures, wear, or unsafe conditions in electromechanical equipment, refrigeration systems, production lines, and auxiliary services * Record and update technical information in forms, checklists, and departmental reports * Provide support during installation, adjustment, or calibration of new or upgraded machinery * Assist in basic fault diagnosis by collecting data and following instructions from the assigned technician or supervisor * Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement activities, contributing ideas aimed at reducing downtime and improving equipment efficiency REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering, or related technical fields * Basic knowledge of mechanics, industrial electricity, refrigeration, or preventive and corrective maintenance * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Power BI knowledge (desirable) * Prior experience in maintenance-related internships, workshops, or projects (desirable) Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Where do you reside? * What are your salary expectations? * Are you currently studying?
