Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan, coordinate, and manage maintenance activities in industrial plants using SAP. Key Responsibilities: 1. This could be your next opportunity. **What will you do?** * Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. * Coordinate plant shutdowns and ensure compliance with maintenance plans. * Manage spare parts, services, and the department's budget. * Develop and monitor maintenance key performance indicators (KPIs). * Maintain an updated maintenance backlog and track critical findings. * Participate in root cause analysis for continuous process improvement. **What are we looking for?** * Technician or professional degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning and management in industrial plants. * Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. * Experience in planning preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. * Knowledge of spare parts management, maintenance KPIs, and root cause analysis. * Availability to work across the Oquendo and Villa locations. **Conditions** * Monthly salary of S/ 4,600 on direct payroll from day one. * All statutory benefits. * Yearly bonuses equivalent to 2–3 monthly salaries. * Subsidized meals (S/ 6.10 per meal). * **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., alternating between Oquendo and Villa locations (**3 days at one site and 2 at the other, rotating weekly**).
