At **Copesul**, a company dedicated to the **manufacture and supply of flexible packaging**, we are currently seeking personnel for the **Mechanical Technical Maintenance** department. Requirements: * Graduate of **Maintenance Mechanics, Production Mechanics, or Heavy Machinery Maintenance**. * 2 to 3 years of experience in maintenance of industrial or manufacturing machinery (not essential). * Solid knowledge in **preventive and corrective maintenance**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks on production machines and equipment. * Review manuals, blueprints, diagrams, and procedures to ensure proper execution of work. * Inspect the operational status of machines and equipment, verifying consumption of lubricants, coolants, or other materials. * Record and report daily activities through work orders in **Excel or email**. * Coordinate with supervisors on tasks during plant shutdowns and emergencies. * Assist in updating maintenance programs and technical procedures. * Participate in failure analysis meetings and improvement planning. * Maintain order and upkeep of equipment, tools, and workshop areas. * Lead teams of external contractors when necessary. * Follow instructions from supervisors and department heads. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Medical insurance. * Permanent contract. * Salary negotiable based on experience.
