REQUIREMENTS: * Academic Background: Completed secondary education or graduate of technical programs related to Mechanical Maintenance or Heavy Machinery. * Experience: Minimum of 03 years in supervisory or similar positions. * Technical Knowledge: \- Plant Mechanics, operation of tools and mechanical components. \- Knowledge of safety, occupational health, and environment. \- Experience with concentrator plant equipment (3 to 4 years). COMPETENCIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervision and Management: Ability to assign, supervise, and verify work performed by Field/Workshop personnel, and ensure proper use of equipment. * Operational Availability: Willingness to respond quickly during short shutdowns and availability at any time to resolve issues. * Leadership: Ethical, motivating, with strong oral and written communication skills. * Soft Skills: Team development and conflict management. * Reporting: Prepare progress reports and required documentation.
