Job Summary: We are seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to operate and supervise packaging machines, ensuring proper functionality, quality standards, safety, and production targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and control automatic/semi-automatic packaging machines. 2. Comply with quality, food safety, and GMP standards. 3. Perform basic preventive maintenance and report malfunctions. **Job Profile** We are looking for a responsible **Packaging Machine Operator** to operate and supervise packaging machines (food/beverage or infusion sector), ensuring proper production process functionality, compliance with quality and safety standards, and achievement of established production targets. **Responsibilities** * Operate and control automatic and/or semi-automatic packaging machines. * Perform adjustments, calibrations, and format changes according to the product. * Verify correct packaging, sealing, weight, and labeling of the product. * Comply with **quality, food safety, and GMP** standards. * Perform basic preventive maintenance on the machine. * Report malfunctions, incidents, and machine stoppages to the supervisor. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Properly use **PPE** and comply with safety regulations. **Requirements** * Technical training or proven experience as a packaging machine operator or in similar roles. * Minimum of **6 months** of experience in production plants (food industry preferred). * Basic knowledge of industrial machinery maintenance. * Ability to work under production targets. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. **Working Conditions** * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Monday to Friday (some Saturdays as scheduled). * **Residence near Huachipa:** Eastern Zone (SJL / Huaycán / Ate / Santa Anita). **Benefits** * We offer all legally mandated benefits, guaranteeing compliance with labor rights and benefits established by current regulations.
