Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer or related professional to coordinate the execution of production and maintenance plans, analyze costs and productivity, and develop production plans and indicators. We maintain our reputation through personalized service, recognizing our customers' needs and achieving their satisfaction, as well as maintaining high quality standards for our products and services. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and ensure execution of production and maintenance plans * Evaluate and analyze production costs for each work order (WO) and during maintenance execution * Record and analyze productivity, material losses, and machine downtime * Record and control inventory of maintenance spare parts * Develop and/or update production and maintenance processes, procedures, and instructions * Develop production and maintenance plans * Develop production and maintenance indicators * Present plant performance and production cost reports **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineer or related degree * Minimum 1 year of experience in production plants * Availability to work on a weekly rotating shift (day/night) * Knowledge of industrial safety * SAP proficiency preferred * Experience developing maintenance plans **We Offer:** * Recognition of all statutory benefits * Formal employment registration from day one * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payroll payments * Profit-sharing participation Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.2,200.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have working in production plants? * Do you have experience in plastic packaging manufacturing processes?
