Candidate Profile * **Gender:** Male * **Age:** 24 to 40 years old * **Education: * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Industries, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum Experience: * 1–3 years as a supervisor, shift leader, or production coordinator in food, beverage, ice, water, or similar production plants. 3. Required Technical Knowledge * Production processes for **cubed ice** and/or **table water**. * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Hygiene and sanitation in food production plants. * Production control, yield management, and loss tracking. * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and health. * Use of operational records and control forms. 4.
