Currently, we are looking for a **PRODUCTION ANALYST**. **Responsibilities:** Provide support in daily/weekly production scheduling and control. Verify compliance with the production plan in coordination with supervisors and operators. Monitor progress and report deviations (downtime, reprocessing, delays). Prepare daily/weekly reports on volumes produced, consumption, efficiency, downtime, rework, etc. Support root cause analysis of deviations together with the process team. Coordinate scheduled and emergency maintenance shutdowns with the Maintenance Department, communicating impact to the production plan. Work closely with the Planning Department to close gaps between planning and execution. Provide feedback on actual vs. theoretical times to improve scheduling. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in the plant. Participate in digitization and automation projects for production reporting. Perform other related duties as required. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Two years of experience in Production or related areas. Advanced proficiency in Excel / Power BI / SQL. Knowledge of Operations Management. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Desirable: prior experience in chemical manufacturing plants or continuous processes (not mandatory). Availability to work onsite in Ventanilla. **Benefits:** Formal employment from the first day.
