We are currently looking for top talent to serve as a **Production Assistant** at our facility located in **Ventanilla.** **Responsibilities** * Record recovery and crushing production in the SAP system to monitor and control raw materials and inputs used during production. * Record and review production indicators for recovery and refining. * Monitor consumption of raw materials, inputs, and supplies used in production to maintain and/or reduce the area’s operational costs. * Record and review overall equipment effectiveness (EGE) indicators. * Review and track control of production losses and non-conforming products at the Ventanilla plant. * Prepare the monthly production indicators and management report (key events) at each month-end closing. * Review unplanned stoppages and key events with the Ventanilla plant coordinator. * Validate unscheduled production stoppages with the maintenance department. **Requirements** * Technical studies, Bachelor’s degree, or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Management Engineering. * Proficiency in industrial management indicators (OEE / EGE), inventory management, and loss/scrap control. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Management Control, Production Planning, or Process Analysis roles within industrial companies or those involved in chemical/metallurgical transformation processes (preferably mass consumption or automotive sectors). **Benefits** * Market-competitive remuneration * Mobility bonus of approximately S/150 * Statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, SCTR, Essalud, Life Insurance Law) * Profit sharing * EPS coverage at 50% (optional) * SENATI sponsorship * Other corporate benefits including Family Allowance for employees with children, Schooling Bonus, Newborn Bonus, Marriage Bonus, Financial support in case of death of immediate family members, and Loans.
