At Resinas y Acabados, we are currently seeking PRODUCTION OPERATORS / RAW MATERIAL OPERATORS to join our team at the Ventanilla Plant. **Responsibilities:** \- Inspect raw materials and check the status of machines and tools before starting the process. \- Load raw materials into premix tanks. \- Clean tanks. \- Discharge and filter manufactured products in various presentations. \- Place finished products on pallets, pack them, and transport them to the warehouse. \- Maintain cleanliness of the work area. \- Report any stoppages, malfunctions, or other issues affecting the production process. **Requirements:** \- Completed secondary education. \- Minimum 06 months of experience in related positions. \- Experience in physically demanding tasks and production work. \- Availability to work rotating shifts. \- Residence near Ventanilla (Mi Perú, Pachacútec, Pte Piedra, Ancón). **Benefits:** \- Transportation assistance to the plant (Ventanilla). \- Full payroll registration from the first day of employment. \- Life insurance / SCTR. \- Ongoing training.
