PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Description

Position Summary: Responsible for supervising production and plant activities, coordinating teams and processes, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic coordination with Management and Sales. 2. Team leadership and optimization of production processes. 3. Efficiency analysis and improvement proposals. Responsible for monitoring production and plant activities **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed higher education (technical/university degree). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the industrial sector, with personnel under supervision. * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assign operators to various tasks. * Coordinate production plans and plant shutdowns with Management. * Coordinate with Sales to fulfill orders based on inventory availability or upcoming productions. * Analyze production processes and warehousing/shipping operations to assess efficiency and propose improvements to optimize them and increase productivity. * Ensure production lines and tools/equipment remain operational through coordination of maintenance activities with the Maintenance Supervisor. * Lead the human team, keeping them motivated and fully utilizing their capabilities. * Comply with quality/safety/environmental policies and serve as a role model for other employees. * Supervise the supply and distribution of materials for plant production. * Maintain accurate records of material inflows and outflows, aligning with the Inventory Manager. * Prepare reports requested by Management.
