**Requirements:** * Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Prior experience or internships in industrial or manufacturing companies is desirable. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., on-site at the Lurín plant. **Responsibilities:** * Support the Production department in collecting and processing operational data. * Develop area indicators and provide support to the Autonomous and Focused Improvements pillar. * Identify deviations, recognize improvement opportunities, and contribute to updating standards. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Full coverage of FOLA and SCTR insurance. * Commuting allowance. * 100% covered lunch. * Monthly stipend: S/ 1200 (expected alignment).
