Verification of compliance with quality and food safety standards At **OLIVEZA S.A.C.**, located in **Lurín**, near the Mezarina bus stop, a food industry company, we are looking for A QUALITY INSPECTOR. We seek a committed, responsible profile focused on compliance with quality and food safety standards. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Graduate in Food Industry Engineering or related field. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control within food manufacturing plants. \- Knowledge of GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and food safety. \- Knowledge of production process inspection and finished product control. \- Proficiency in record keeping, control forms, and quality indicator tracking. \- Availability to work onsite at the production plant. Competencies: responsibility, proactivity, attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene procedures. \- Conduct inspections during the production process and record results. \- Perform quality controls on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products. \- Verify compliance with established production parameters. \- Report deviations and non-conformities detected during the process. \- Conduct monitoring of cleaning, organization, and food safety in the plant. \- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for the quality department. \- Support internal audits and activities related to the quality management system. \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **APPLICATION** Interested candidates should send their updated CV to the email: ***calidad@oliveza.com*** ***Subject: Quality Inspector*** Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
