Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to ensure regulatory compliance, maintenance of documentation systems, and supervision of quality processes in production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) 2. Maintain the quality documentation system up to date 3. Responsible for product release and final product conformity We are DELICE, a Peruvian company with over 34 years of experience in the dairy derivatives market. During this period, we have positioned ourselves across various national distribution channels as the country's first cream cheese producer. Currently, we offer a broad portfolio of products to meet our customers' needs while adhering to quality standards. We are currently seeking a "**QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR**" for our Chorrillos office: **Requirements:** \- Degree in Food Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields \- Training in HACCP and GMP systems \- Minimum 6 months of experience in food or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry \- Required skills: Teamwork, integrity, commitment, responsibility, and initiative \- Availability to work in Chorrillos \- Availability to work rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night, Monday through Saturday **Responsibilities:** \- Enforce and ensure compliance with GMP among all personnel involved in production processes \- Maintain all documentation systems (quality records) up to date \- Conduct prerequisite training for new employees \- Implement the annual training schedule \- Prepare quality certificates \- Approve and release finished products, including verification before release (VB) \- Prepare reports on personnel non-compliance with GMP \- Report incidents occurring on the production line \- Verify order and cleanliness across all areas \- Approve receipt of raw materials, packaging, and other supplier inputs \- Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor or higher management **Benefits of joining our family:** \- Full payroll registration \- Benefits: Bonus, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), vacation, profit sharing, life insurance, and ESSALUD \- Corporate discounts on our brand \- Growth opportunities based on performance ***"We maintain an inclusive hiring policy and explicitly reject any discriminatory practices against job applicants; therefore, all individuals are encouraged to participate in the selection process."*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,700\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please indicate your district of residence and contact phone number. * We offer compensation of S/1,700 (base) \+ S/100 (mobility).
