




Position Summary: Supports the management of meetings, trainings, and SIG procedures; conducts HSE inspections; and participates in root cause analysis and action follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting HSE inspections and root cause analysis **Responsibilities:** * Provide support in managing meetings related to processes within the SIG scope, in accordance with the integrated checklist (Corrective Action Request, Risk & Opportunity Matrix, Master List, Change Management, etc.). * Support the execution of SIG trainings. * Assist in updating SIG procedures, IPER, and AIA Matrix. * Conduct HSE inspections and generate records. * Deliver 5-minute safety talks. * Perform documentary verification for supplier onboarding. * Support root cause analysis and follow-up of SAC, 8D, RCCA, plant incidents, RAC, monitoring, and drills. * Carry out other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the supervisor. **Requirements:** * Students in their 10th semester or recent graduates in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Prior internship experience in auditing firms or companies implementing SIG is desirable. * Knowledge of indicator management (desirable). * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards (desirable). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic-level English proficiency. * Availability to carry out internships at our plant located in Lurín.
