REQUIREMENTS: \- Technical diploma in assembly or completed secondary education. \- Minimum 3 years of experience in scaffolding within the mining sector, preferably in concentrator plants (MANDATORY). \- Valid Layher homologation. \- Availability to work on an intermittent basis (ONLY FOR PLANT SHUTDOWNS). \- Availability to work at altitudes above 4,000 meters above sea level. \- MUST BE RESIDENT IN AREQUIPA, CUSCO, OR PUNO. FUNCTIONS: · Accurately interpret engineering project drawings and technical specifications, verifying scaffold stability and rigidity. · Assemble, install, and dismantle wooden and metallic platforms on beams or brackets (anchored and cantilevered), in accordance with technical documentation and instructions received from the responsible supervisor, applying quality criteria, specific standards, and safety and hygiene regulations at all times. · Assemble, install, and dismantle metallic scaffolds and platforms—including fixed and mobile suspended systems (e.g., swing stages)—using ropes and/or cables, in accordance with technical documentation and instructions received; applying quality criteria, specific standards, and safety and hygiene regulations at all times. · Assemble, install, and dismantle modular metallic ladders—including single-flight, step, scissor, or telescopic types—for individual use, in accordance with technical documentation and instructions received; applying quality criteria, specific standards, and safety and hygiene regulations at all times. · Evaluate and supervise one’s own work and that of assistants under supervision, applying current quality criteria and safety and hygiene regulations. · Manage and verify the quality and condition of materials, supplies, machinery, and tools required to carry out assigned tasks. · Comply with employment conditions as stipulated by current labor regulations.
