Application of BPM and HACCP standards in the work area **Peruvian Nature**, a company dedicated to the production and agro-export of superfoods, is looking for a **Specialized Production Operator \- Machine Operator**. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete studies in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. * Experience in production plants, preferably food production plants. * Knowledge of production processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Activities involving disassembly, cleaning, disinfection, and proper reassembly of equipment. * Proper handling of Production Forms and Records. * Operation of equipment according to the assigned area (Reactor, Centrifuge, Evaporator, Vacuum Pump, Cooling Tower, Boiler, Heating Tank, TM5/TM12 Atomizer, Sealer, Brix/pH measurement equipment, % solids measurement equipment). * Product packaging, weighing, sealing, and labeling. * Compliance with BPM standards in the work area. * Implementation of HACCP requirements. **Conditions:** * Work location: Lurín. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM (Shift 1\) and 8 PM to 5 AM (Shift 2\), rotating. * Salary based on performance: S/1500 \- S/1700\. * Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits. * Paid time off for birthdays. * Access to entertainment, cinema, restaurant, and other discounts.
