Position Summary: Supervise and ensure the proper execution of logistics and operational processes at a Distribution Center, guaranteeing achievement of service and productivity targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise receiving, warehousing, picking, and dispatching processes. 2. Ensure achievement of service and productivity targets. 3. Safeguard inventories and fixed assets, maintaining operational standards. **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure home delivery order fulfillment according to defined delivery timelines. Comply with store replenishment guidelines. Supervise receiving, warehousing, picking, and dispatching of goods from the Distribution Center, ensuring all processes are carried out in accordance with established procedures. Ensure achievement of defined service and productivity targets. Safeguard assigned merchandise inventories and fixed assets. Maintain and uphold defined operational standards and procedures. Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures. Ensure adherence to all company regulations and policies. Supervise compliance with defined labor productivity grids and performance levels. Guarantee implementation of the training and development plan. Schedule monthly meetings with Support Team leaders (Maintenance, GPS, Prevention). Ensure timely system-based closure of operational workflows. Achieve business OTIF target (98%). Maintain inventory levels \- ERI 95%. Control merchandise shrinkage not exceeding 0\.05% of units dispatched (monthly). Achieve Workplace Climate indicator \- GPTW (80%). **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Preferred: Diploma or specialization in Logistics/Supply Chain Management. * Intermediate-level Office skills; knowledge of WMS \- ERP systems. * Minimum 3 years' experience as Operations Leader in Distribution Centers. * Knowledge of Looker Studio or Power BI (Dashboards). * Experience leading teams of 20 or more people. * Availability to work night shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM), Monday through Saturday; Sunday off in Lurin. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
