PROFILE \-Students in their final semesters or recent graduates in Communication Sciences, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or related fields. \-Experience in administrative roles, customer service, or academic support. \-Strong writing and spelling skills. \-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). \-Familiarity with virtual platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Meet, Zoom, Notion, Canva); proficiency with Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.). \-Ability to work collaboratively, maintain consistent communication, and demonstrate empathy. Administer surveys through support channels. \-Report compliance with scholarship conditions for active scholarship recipients. \-Manage, monitor, and support in-person or live-streamed classes for assigned active courses. \-Send content or guidelines to faculty, tutors, or coordinators for developing course materials; schedule Zoom meetings/seminars for tutoring sessions, group meetings, virtual classrooms, live-streamed classes, etc. \-Coordinate activity scheduling with faculty, tutors, or academic staff for active courses.
