Opportunity for professional growth. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER!** A company dedicated to the food industry is currently seeking an Agro-Industrial Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related professional to join our team. **Work Location:** Ventanilla, Callao **Requirements:** * Graduated and licensed in Agro-Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in any school feeding program, preferably Kaliwarma, Wasimikuna, or PAE. * Minimum 1 year of experience in food industry companies, production, or mass consumption sectors. * Experience in supervision of production processes and quality control. * Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, POES, and current sanitary regulations. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of process control, production indicators, and continuous improvement. * Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. * Proactive, responsible individual with goal-oriented mindset. * Residency in Ventanilla or nearby areas. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control production processes in the plant. * Supervise production staff and provide training on procedures and good practices. * Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety standards. * Monitor production, quality, and operational efficiency indicators. * Coordinate with production, warehouse, and quality departments to ensure operational continuity. * Identify opportunities for improvement and propose corrective actions. * Supervise proper use of materials, equipment, and supplies. * Prepare production and quality reports and documentation. * Ensure compliance with company-established procedures and standards. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Salary:** * S/ 4,000.00 **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration. * Monthly family food basket. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth.
