Job Description A company dedicated to managing apartments on Airbnb is looking for a responsible and willing Cleaning Operator to attend to properties located in Lince and San Isidro. GENERAL FUNCTIONS: * Cleaning and disinfecting apartments after guests check out. * Changing bed sheets, towels, and restocking basic supplies (soap, toilet paper, shampoo, etc.). * Inventory review and reporting of any damage or loss. * Maintaining spaces in optimal condition to welcome new guests. * Reporting incidents and coordinating with the administration team regarding any additional requirements. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education. * Experience in cleaning tasks (preferably in hotels, hostels, or Airbnb). * Availability to work in Lince and occasionally in San Isidro. * Punctuality, positive attitude, and attention to detail. COMPETENCIES: * Responsibility and honesty. * Initiative and organization. * Good communication skills and service-oriented attitude. BENEFITS: * Fixed monthly remuneration of S/ 1000 soles. * Quality-of-service bonus: if the guest raises no complaints and leaves a positive review, the employee will receive an additional monthly bonus. * Positive work environment and job stability. WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE * District: Lince and San Isidro * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Weekly rest day on a rotating basis. * On-site work.
