Minimum 1 year of experience in this role or similar positions, preferably within the agro-industrial sector or related industries. Proficiency in AI tools and design software (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator). Knowledge of analytics platforms and dashboard usage (Looker Studio, Power BI). Intermediate English proficiency. Digital marketing expertise (social media management, digital advertising, basic metric analysis, basic SEO). Availability to work from 8:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m., Monday–Friday, in Magdalena del Mar. **Responsibilities** Execute digital, traditional marketing, and communication activities under departmental supervision. Support market, trend, and competitor research and analysis to facilitate strategic decision-making. Support communication and corporate image initiatives. Collaborate on market research regarding competitors, agricultural trends, and farmers’ or distributors’ preferences. Support social media management, content creation (posts, brochures), and metric analysis for digital campaigns. Assist in coordinating promotional events, agricultural fairs, and product launches. Support the development of graphic and video designs for specific company communications and social media content. Maintain updated databases of prospects, customers, merchandising, and marketing materials. Ensure timely payments to vendors (agencies, printing services, digital ad placements) according to scheduled dates. Keep customer and distributor records updated in the company’s CRM system. Collaborate in distributing internal communication materials physically across offices and the Paracas Plant (murals, signage, bulletins). Support the Graphic Designer in reviewing spelling and technical data on product sheets prior to printing. Perform other administrative duties.
