We seek a person who will serve as fundamental support in the area — the right hand in operations — ensuring seamless service. **Main Responsibilities** * **Mise en place and preparation:** Vegetable processing (washing, peeling, and cutting) and general ingredient preparation. * **Production:** Stock preparation, minor cooking (fryers), and removal of excess fat from meats. * **Service support:** Active assistance during peak hours, plating support, and constant restocking of ingredients at stations. * **Inventory management:** Receiving goods, organized storage, and waste control. * **Hygiene and maintenance:** Cleaning and disinfecting the work area, and managing kitchen waste. **Candidate Profile** * Person with excellent attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work quickly. * Organizational skills to keep stations consistently well-stocked. * Focus on cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards. **Schedule and Location** * **Days:** Tuesday through Sunday. * **Shift:** 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Address:** Lizardo Montero Street 282, La Perla, Callao (Cuto 16 Restaurant\). **If you are interested in joining our kitchen team and meet the above profile, we look forward to your application.** Job Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
