




At **Shared Cargo**, we are looking to add an **Operations and Customer Support Assistant** to our team to provide support in import processes and coordinate with suppliers and customers. Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding agencies, or customs is highly valued. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in foreign trade, imports, or international logistics. * Experience in freight forwarding agencies and/or customs is desirable. * Knowledge of origin consolidation and import processes. * Strong communication skills to resolve customer and supplier inquiries. * Proactive, organized profile with a customer-oriented mindset. * Intermediate-level English is mandatory. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor customer orders from the supplier payment stage through to delivery. * Coordinate order status and required documentation for customs declarations. * Validate and coordinate supplier translations within assigned groups. * Coordinate with customs authorities and suppliers to ensure swift shipment clearance. * Conduct inspections, pre-clearance procedures, and transshipments at DT (Customs Terminal) for loading and unloading. * Act as the liaison between customers, suppliers, and the operations department. **Conditions:** * Compensation: S/1200 – S/1500, based on evaluation. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. * Initial hiring under RxH (temporary employment contract) for 3 months, followed by formal payroll registration with statutory benefits. * Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
