Apply storytelling and retention techniques in content creation ***We are looking for you!*** *On behalf of our client, a leading real estate company, we are searching for top talent for the position of:* ***Audiovisual Content Creator – Surco*** ***Responsibilities:*** * Design, execute, and optimize the comprehensive content strategy. * Be directly responsible for the growth and digital positioning of the personal brand. * Design quarterly content strategies. * Define core pillars, formats, and narrative lines. * Create a 3–6 month editorial roadmap. * Write complete scripts (hook, development, structure, and closing). * Adapt content for each social media platform. * Apply storytelling and retention principles. * Edit reels (occasionally—not the primary function). * Analyze reach, retention, and engagement. * Interpret data to inform strategic decisions. * Deliver a monthly strategic report with insights and improvement proposals. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Audiovisual Studies, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Audiovisual Content Creator. * Immediate availability **Specific Skills:** * Proficiency in Canva Pro, CapCut, or VN (video editing). * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory). * Proficiency in Lightroom / Premiere / After Effects (Mandatory). ***Benefits and Working Conditions:*** * Pleasant work environment. * Opportunity to join a solid company in the industry. * Salary above market average. * MYPE payroll regime (50% benefits). * Working hours: Tuesdays to Saturdays, 9 am–6 pm; Sundays, 9 am (2–3 hours of filming). * Work modality: On-site. * Work location: Surco. “At Human Solutions, we promote the employment integration and inclusion of persons with disabilities.” Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
