The ideal candidate must possess technical skills, creativity, and the ability to work under professional production standards. Salary: S/.1,200 - S/.1,300 Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Work Location: Barranco **Responsibilities** * Monitor results and propose improvements to the communication strategy. * Recording and supporting end-to-end production of podcasts and audiovisual content in various formats. * Video editing for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube). * Color correction, audio enhancement, post-production, script development, content proposals, and internal audiovisual archive organization. * Coordination with different departments to generate relevant material. * Monitoring of results and proposals for improvement. **Requirements** * Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or related fields. * Personal camera and tripod. * Proven experience in audiovisual editing and production. * Proficiency in tools such as Premiere, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, among others. * Knowledge of lighting, photography, and microphone techniques. * Updated portfolio (mandatory). * Ability to work under deadlines and established guidelines. **Conditions** * Opportunities for professional development in the field of digital marketing. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
