Job Summary: Bocasion is seeking Kitchen Assistants to support dish preparation, production execution, and ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Key Highlights: 1. Support in preparing traditional Peruvian and à la carte dishes. 2. Production and assembly of sandwiches and salads. 3. Cleaning and organizing the kitchen area. **We are looking for talent!** At **Bocasion**, we are currently seeking **Kitchen Assistants (Night Shift)** for our location at **Alicorp Callao**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in preparing traditional Peruvian and à la carte dishes according to established standards. * Production and assembly of sandwiches, salads, and other service-related preparations. * Portioning, labeling, and preservation of products. * Monitoring and restocking supplies during operations. * Cleaning and organizing the kitchen area while adhering to established regulations. * Compliance with food hygiene and safety protocols. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchens, concessions, restaurants, or related fields. * Currently enrolled in final cycles of Gastronomy studies, recent graduates, or related training (preferred). * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices. * Valid health certificate for food handling. * Availability to work at Alicorp Callao. * Commitment, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team. **We Offer:** * Fixed schedule * **Monday to Sunday, 9 PM to 6 AM** * Pleasant working environment. * 100% covered meals. * Growth opportunities. * MYPE payroll registration. * Bi-weekly payments. **Salary:** * S/ 1300 to 1500 \+ **395 (night shift bonus)** If you enjoy interacting with people and wish to join our team, apply with us!
