




**Etel Medic Laboratory** is looking for **Call Center Teleoperators** to strengthen its customer service team, focused on providing clear and timely information about clinical laboratory services. We are seeking committed, empathetic individuals with a service-oriented vocation. **Workplace:** Arequipa Avenue 1148 – Cercado de Lima Working hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Required profile: * Minimum of 06 months’ experience in Call Center, preferably in health or laboratory sectors. * Ongoing or incomplete technical or university studies. * Availability to work on-site. * Strong communication skills and patient orientation. Main responsibilities: * Scheduling and confirming laboratory test appointments. * Providing information on tests, schedules, and locations. * Handling telephone and digital channel inquiries. * Adhering to customer service and quality protocols. * Routing internal calls as appropriate.
