We are a company dedicated to the **manufacturing of surfboards and aquatic sports products**, offering an excellent work environment and a highly experienced team (some employees have been with the company for over 30 years). **Main Responsibilities** * Assist with carpentry and/or upholstery tasks applied to surfboard manufacturing. * Basic use and handling of hand tools. * Support production and finishing processes. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. **Requirements** * Prior experience in **carpentry and/or upholstery** (mandatory). * Speed, attention to detail, and strong aptitude for manual work. * Commitment, punctuality, honesty, and ability to work well in a team. * Eagerness to learn, grow, and seek job stability. **Work Schedule** * **Monday:** 8:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. * **Tuesday to Friday:** 7:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. * **Lunch Break:** 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. * **48 hours per week** * **No work on Saturdays or Sundays** **Conditions** * **Weekly pay**, starting at **S/ 450 per week** (negotiable depending on speed, performance, and attitude). * Opportunity for **rapid promotion** based on performance. * **On-site work in Chorrillos**. * **Immediate hiring**. * **2 vacancies available**.
