We are currently seeking top talent. **Profile** * Minimum technical education in gastronomy. * Minimum 1 year of experience in professional kitchens, preferably in hotels or restaurants. * Proficiency in kitchen equipment operation. * Competence in safety and technical knowledge, including food hygiene and safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and techniques. * Dish Presentation: Ensure dishes are presented attractively and meet the hotel’s quality standards. * Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen clean and organized, complying with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff and restaurant personnel. * Menu Innovation: Participate in the creation and development of new dishes and menus. * Inventory and Cost Control: Manage ingredient and supply inventory, ensuring efficient use of ingredients. **Working Conditions:** * On-site work \- Arequipa, Cercado * Afternoon shift (primary), with possibility of rotating to morning shift. * Schedule: 1:30 pm \- 10:15 pm * Rotating days off **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary. * Career progression opportunities. * Formal payroll registration. * Corporate discounts.
