Effective communication with parents regarding student performance YMCA SCHOOLS RIMAC is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **COMMUNICATION TEACHER.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Planning, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum and extracurricular activities * Participation in the development of management documents, as well as in technical-pedagogical meetings and training sessions organized by the school. * Identification of issues affecting student development and coordination with the psychopedagogical department for appropriate intervention. * Development of physical and virtual educational materials for student activities * Continuous accompaniment, monitoring, and evaluation of students’ daily activities * Effective intervention in resolving individual or group conflicts or problems, as stipulated. * Maintaining effective communication with parents to inform them about their children’s academic and behavioral performance **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Bachelor’s degree** in Education * Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level * Availability to work at YMCA Schools Rimac * Availability to work Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Fridays until 4:30 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/2310 * Formal payroll registration from the first day of employment, including all statutory benefits * Mobility and meal allowance from the first day * Pleasant working environment * Ongoing professional training Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,310.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
