Maintain property security and order **Job Description:** We are currently seeking a **Relief Concierge** for multi-family buildings located in **Pueblo Libre and Jesús María**. The selected candidate will cover shifts for permanent staff, ensuring proper property control and security. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor entry and exit of residents, visitors, and vendors. * Conduct general building supervision. * Record incidents occurring during the shift. * Handle basic resident inquiries. * Maintain property security and order. **Work Days:** * Tuesday to Friday: Pueblo Libre * Saturday and Sunday: Jesús María * Day off: Monday **Working Hours:** * 12-hour shifts: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (rotating) **Requirements:** * Experience in concierge, porter, or security services (preferred). * Responsibility and punctuality. * Availability to commute between both locations. * Strong communication skills and resident-oriented attitude. * Send us your CV and join the KOMUNA family.
