REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum 1 year of experience in rotisseries. \- Experience preparing soups. \- Reside in areas near San Juan de Miraflores. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Ensure and assist in compliance with kitchen hygiene standards. \- Prepare mise en place according to technical and sanitary standards. \- Prepare dishes according to established recipes and standards. \- Verify and maintain order and cleanliness at your workstation.
