INKA FISH, a restaurant specializing in seafood and Creole cuisine, is looking for an experienced **Cook** committed to quality standards to join its team at the San Miguel location. **Responsibilities** * Perform mise en place prior to service, ensuring organization and operational efficiency. * Prepare dishes using techniques such as sautéing, searing, and rapid cooking methods. * Supervise the flavor, doneness, and final presentation of each dish. * Handle pans correctly and perform flambé when required. * Strictly comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Maintain a clean, orderly, and fully operational workstation. * Promptly report any incidents to the head chef. * Collaborate with the team according to management directives. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum one year of experience in cooking or related positions. * Valid health certificate or willingness to obtain one. * Availability to work in San Miguel. **Schedule** * 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * One day off to be chosen between Monday and Thursday. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Timely biweekly payments. * Meals provided during shift. * Opportunities for professional development within the company.
