If you are passionate about quality, food safety, and the culinary industry, this is your opportunity to grow professionally with us. **CHEF** Job Responsibilities: Responsible for menu production, preparation, and presentation; preparation of à la carte dishes; weekly and monthly order requests; maintaining a clean and organized kitchen; adhering to quality standards; and performing other duties assigned by management. **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** Job Responsibilities: \- Perform mise en place; prepare traditional Peruvian à la carte dishes; clean the kitchen; organize food and supplies; prepare sauces; portion and label ingredients; and perform any other duties assigned by management. **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT** Job Responsibilities: Perform mise en place for cafeteria items (sandwiches, juices, triples, fruit and vegetable salads); operate grills; clean the kitchen; organize food and supplies; prepare sauces; portion and label ingredients; and perform any other duties assigned by management. **Requirements:** \- Minimum 1 year of experience in food concessions (Chef). \- Minimum 6 months of experience in food concessions (Kitchen Assistant and Production Assistant). \- Immediate availability. \- Service orientation and commitment. \- Valid Food Handler’s Health Certificate. \- Availability to work in the Chorrillos district (Los Cedros de Villa). **Benefits:** \- Fixed schedule from Monday to Saturday. \- Biweekly payments. \- Meals provided. **Schedules:** * Chef: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. * Production Assistant: Monday to Friday, 6:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M., or 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., and Saturdays, 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. * Kitchen Assistant: Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., and Saturdays, 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
