Design and implement recruitment strategies Recruitment Coordinator **Location:** San Isidro **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Main Responsibilities * Supervise national-level personnel recruitment processes. * Design and implement recruitment strategies. * Coordinate mass recruitment processes and competency-based interviews. * Develop recruitment and selection KPIs and dashboards. * Manage documentation and administration related to personnel movement. * Establish partnerships with educational institutions and job boards. * Monitor adherence to time-to-fill targets and departmental objectives. * Provide recruitment and selection advisory support to management teams. Requirements * University degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Business Engineering. * Minimum of **2 to 5 years** of experience in similar roles. * Proven experience leading mass recruitment and selection processes. * Specialization in Competency-Based Management or Agile Methodologies (preferred). * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power BI. * Knowledge of competency-based interviews. * Willingness to travel when required.
